These sessions are curated specifically to cater to what your current needs are. Each session will include hand written material, including applicable practices, for you to continue at home.
The objective of these sessions is to provide you with tools for a clearer understanding in how you move.
Areas of focus include foundational principles, pose modifications and variations, mobility and strength training, and anatomy.
